Link a file to SubPLY to enable listening to the audio together with the video in order to provide spoken word services such as transcript and captions.

SubPLY level of service:

• Link any open to the public YouTube video
• Link any open to the public video file (avi, mov, mp4, m4v, mpg, flv, wmv, rtmp)
• Link any video file (avi, mov, mp4, m4v, mpg, flv, wmv, rtmp) on a FTP server as long as user
  name and password are provided.
