Using SubPLY, there are 2 ways to retrieve your files.

First, you will get an email immediately when your file is ready. The email will include a link to your file.

Second, is using your account. SubPLY allows you at any time to get into your account and view/download the files you ordered.

1. Get into your acount

Click My Account on the top right side of SubPLY.com

Click My orders Icone.

2. Online Orders

Here you can find a list of all the files that you ordered for your video.

Order # - Click it to get to the video page
Invoice - Click it to download you invoice
Order Time - Date and Time when your order was placed (GMT)
Video Name - The name of your video
Status - Order status: In Process, Completed or PayPal (if PayPal appears, click it to complete the payment)
Report - Click to send SubPLY's customer support an email related to your order

3. Online Orders - Order Details

Here you can find a list of all the files that you order for your video;

Order # - Order, video and file - order number
Creation - Type of service
File - Type of file
TA - Turnaround time for order to be completed
Time Delivered - Time that the file was delivered
File - Click to open/download the file or right click to save it
Report - Click to send SubPLY's customer support an email related to this file order
